This Hyundai Santa Fe diesel met us in Bodmin, having travelled up from Plymouth, with what initially appeared to be a straightforward AdBlue countdown issue. On the surface, it looked like a routine fix. In reality, it turned into a perfect example of why proper diagnostics are essential. OBD Connection Failure – When Things Don’t Add Up Despite multiple attempts, we were unable to communicate with the ECU via the OBD port, something that immediately raised red flags.
