Today’s first job saw us working on this excellent Audi A5 2.0 TDI, originally from Mousehole, which was booked in at our partner garage Smiley Pistons for a DPF and EGR delete, along with a Stage 1 performance remap. Smiley Pistons certainly attract Audi owners, and over the past few months we’ve completed multiple Audi A5 remaps through their workshop—always a pleasure to work on such well-engineered cars. Low-Mileage Audi A5 in Excellent Condition This particular A5 was a low-mileage example, finished in classic black and in superb condition throughout. Vehicles like this are ideal candidates for software optimisation, especially when emissions-related issues start to appear. DPF faults are common on the Audi 2.0 TDI, particularly on vehicles that see short journeys or mixed driving.
